SUPCONN uses first-party analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics.” The information helps us improve product pages, understand project interest and make the store easier to use.
What we collect
We may record an anonymous browser ID, session ID, visit time, page paths, referral source, campaign tags, approximate country, time zone, language, device type, browser, operating system, time spent and actions such as product navigation, adding to cart or beginning checkout.
Campaign and purchase measurement
When optional analytics is allowed, first-party cookies may retain the first and most recent UTM campaign tags. A completed order may be linked to those tags and recorded with its order value, currency, product category, SKU and quantity. Payment card details remain with Stripe and are not stored in the SUPCONN analytics database.
What we do not collect through analytics
We do not store your raw IP address in the analytics database. We do not use this tracker to collect passwords, payment card numbers or the contents of form fields.
Member accounts
If you sign in, your anonymous visitor profile may be associated with your authenticated member email. This supports member ratings, shipment tracking, first-order offer eligibility and a more consistent service experience. Eligibility is determined from whether that member email already has a completed SUPCONN order.
Contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, SUPCONN stores the name, contact details, company, inquiry category and message you provide so we can deliver the inquiry to our sales team and respond. A one-way hash, rather than your raw IP address, is retained temporarily for spam and submission-rate protection.
First-order offer requests
If you request the first-order offer from the entry popup, SUPCONN stores the first name, email address, optional phone number and page you submit. We use this information to manage the offer and contact you about it. A one-way hash, rather than your raw IP address, helps us limit automated submissions. You may request access or deletion by emailing us below.
Live chat
Product pages may load the tawk.to live-chat service so you can contact SUPCONN in real time. If you start a chat, tawk.to processes the conversation and technical information needed to deliver the service. Do not submit payment card details or passwords in chat.
Your choices
Select “Necessary only” to prevent optional analytics. You can reopen “Privacy” at the bottom of any page and change the choice. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected by automatically disabling optional analytics.
